WHO WE ARE
Operating since 2020
AWSDC is a bulk water company operating from the Bacalan River in the Municipality of Naga, Zamboanga Sibugay. Since 2020, we have built filtration facilities, laid 17 kilometers of pipeline, and partnered with local government to deliver a safe, legally compliant water supply system designed to serve the entire region.
Every stage of the system — from river intake to reservoir to transmission line — is operated directly by AWSDC, under a permit structure documented and renewed with the National Water Resources Board.

Executed between the NWRB permit holder and AWSDC. Formally authorized AWSDC to develop and operate the bulk water supply project.
MOA with Municipality of Naga
Active Agreement
Memorandum of Agreement authorizing AWSDC to supply water to the entire Municipality of Naga and fill the existing LGU reservoir. Also permits expansion to adjacent municipalities when production exceeds local demand.
Water Quality Compliance
7 / 7 Tests Passed
The pilot filtration system has passed 7 out of 7 authorized water quality tests — a 100% pass rate, demonstrating full compliance with safe drinking water standards.
